Ferry to Sanur from Nusa Lembongan598 viewsThe journey out to Nusa Lembongan made us both feel seasick, but the jouney back, although much rougher, didn't have the same effect. It could be that we had a better place on the boat.

The Funan IT Mall, Singapore549 viewsOn the last day of our honeymoon (30th October) we did loads of shopping in Singapore. Nigel went off to the Funan Mall, an amazing shopping mall with 6 floors of shops, mostly computer-related. A dangerous place for anyone with a weakness for gadgets!

Boogie Run546 viewsThe Boogie Run (wider track) is a side by side slide, where you go down the slide head-first lying face down on a mat. Vic and I went on this together and agreed it was pretty good, and not as extreme as the others shown on here.

Sunset from Bungalow Number 7, Jungut Batu, Nusa Lembongan544 viewsWe stayed on Nusa Lembongan for only one night. We both hope to go back there for longer. We stayed at Bungalow Number 7 (which is actually a collection of bungalows). The facilities are basic, but you get a (cold) shower, a fan and a bed. The island only has electricity between 3pm and 8am, so the fan doesn't work outside those hours.

Smashdown at Waterbom540 viewsThe Smashdown is the most extreme slide at Waterbom. It features an almost vertical drop after an enclosed entrance. The speed of falling and force of water when you hit the bottom are exhilirating (and a bit scarey!)

Traditional Balinese Dance539 viewsWe went to a Barong and Kris Dance. It started with a short piece about a tiger, a monkey and some woodcutters. After that two dancers came on.

The dance theatre at Batubulan537 viewsThe dance took place in a dedicated theatre. As far as I can tell this was a traditional Balinese theatre, with the split gate at the back of the stage, in front of a temple-like structure. The audience sits in tiered rows.

Visitors to Tanah Lot535 viewsEach sunset sees many tourists and locals visiting Tanah Lot, as its location on the south-west coast of Bali makes it an idea location for viewing the sunsets. Under the cliffs on the right of the picture, holy coral snakes live, which you can see for a suitable donation.
